1. Policy
xthAB Limited respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content transmitted through the Villip Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice as described below.
2. Filing a Notice
A valid copyright infringement notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
3. Submitting Notices
Send copyright infringement notices to hello@villip.xyz with the subject line "Copyright Infringement Notice".
4. Response
Upon receiving a valid notice, Villip will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include suspending or terminating the offending account. We will notify the accused party and provide an opportunity to submit a counter-notice where appropriate.
