Subprocessor List
xthAB Limited, England and Wales
1. Overview
As described in our Data Processing Agreement, xthAB Limited engages certain third-party companies to assist in providing the Villip Service. These entities process data only as directed by Villip and are bound by data processing agreements.
2. Current Subprocessors

3. Infrastructure
All core Villip infrastructure (application servers, databases, logging, monitoring) is operated on bare-metal servers owned or leased by xthAB Limited. Infrastructure hosting does not involve third-party cloud providers processing customer data.
4. Changes
We provide 30 days' advance notice before engaging a new subprocessor that processes customer data. Customers who have a DPA in effect may object to a new subprocessor by contacting hello@villip.xyz within the notice period.
