This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps xthAB Limited takes to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.

xthAB Limited is a technology company providing cloud communications platform services (CPaaS). Our operations are primarily digital, involving software development, infrastructure management, and telecommunications service delivery. We are headquartered in the United Kingdom.
3. Our Supply Chain
Our principal supply chain categories are:
- Data centre and colocation services
- Hardware (servers and networking equipment)
- Telecommunications carriers and interconnect partners
- Professional services (legal, financial, audit)
- Software licensing (limited; predominantly FOSS)
4. Our Policies
We operate an internal code of conduct that includes provisions against forced labour, child labour, and human trafficking. All employees receive training on identifying and reporting concerns. Our supplier onboarding process includes modern slavery risk assessment.
5. Due Diligence
- Assessment of modern slavery risk in new supplier relationships
- Contractual requirements for suppliers to comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015
- Regular review of supply chain risks, with priority given to higher-risk jurisdictions
- Whistle-blowing mechanisms for employees and contractors
